[ Terms and Conditions ]

You are accepted to read the following Terms and conditions carefully before using the services (“Services”) provided by Fast Laundry Services, which include washing, drying, folding and pickup/drop-off services of garments and other items.
Fast Laundry Services reserves the right to change these Terms, modify the Services and the website at any time without notice. You agree to be bound by any change to these Terms by continuing to access or use our website or Services after any changes become effective.
All the orders bookings through the online booking system and other modes of Fast Laundry Services are deemed to be accepted the following terms and conditions once the order is placed.
  • 1. FAST LAUNDRY SERVICES shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to any valuable , sentimental, personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bin bags.
  • 2. Your cancellations are accepted any time before 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time and $ 10 administration charge will be applied for the cancellations after 2 hours of scheduled pickups.
  • 3. Pickups and deliveries may left in a safe place in collectable form at your own risk. Customer may, by written instruction to Fast Laundry Services, request it to leave an item in a predetermined location for pickups and deliveries where Fast Laundry Services will not be liable to you for any damage to or loss of the item before pickups and after the delivery.
  • 4. Customers must pay the invoice charges prior to delivery of items. Fast Laundry Services reserves the right to withhold laundry pack until payment is received in full.
  • 5. Fast Laundry Services does not guarantee removal of all stains; does not attend regular stain removals unless requested on the order and reserves the right to refuse cleaning any item for any reason.
  • 6. Fast Laundry Services is not responsible for items that bleed, shrink, tear, or otherwise change as a result of the normal course of laundry process, or other damage due to normal wear and tear. However, if it proves to be due to the fault of Fast Laundry Services, the cost of the laundry service of that item will be refunded.
  • 7. The customer agrees not to include any of the following items inside their laundry bag
    • (i) non-washable items,
    • (ii) items that are labeled for dry cleaning only,
    • (iii) pet clothes or beddings
    • (iv) items that have been exposed to or have come into contact with bio hazardous materials including, feces, urine, blood, mold, mildew, lice and other bugs, irrespective of whether such contact or exposure resulted in visible; or
    • (v) any other items not meant for laundering
    • Fast Laundry Services also reserves the right to return contaminated items unprocessed if the items are discovered as contaminated pre-processing and a Trip Fee of ($30) will be charged.
  • 8. Fast Laundry Services will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of, any obligations under these Terms that are caused by an event outside its control.
  • 9. If the customer fail to accept delivery of items at an agreed time, a redelivery fee of $12.50 will be incurred. Failure to accept delivery of an item for more than 45 days after the invoice date, deemed be abandoned or disposed of the sole discretion of Fast Laundry Services.
  • 10. If an item requires special care, customer must bring that to attention. If not do so, Fast Laundry Services may wash the item according to its care label or normal laundry process if there is no care label. Customer acknowledges and agrees that any advice, recommendation, information or assistance that may be provided by Fast Laundry Services is provided in good faith and in reliance upon the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the customer.
  • 11. Any dispute may be acknowledged to the either by a written notice , SMS or email specifying the nature of the dispute, the outcome sought and the action believed necessary under the circumstances that will assist in settling the dispute. Each party will then in good faith attempt to resolve the dispute by negotiation.
  • 12. Fast Laundry Services gives the consumer guarantees that are required under the Australian Consumer Law. However, all other terms, representations, warranties, guarantees and conditions that might otherwise be granted or implied by law are expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law, unless agreed by Fast laundry Services in writing. Fast Laundry Services does not exclude, restrict or modify any liability that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent, as between customer and Fast Laundry Services.
  • 13. Fast Laundry Services takes privacy and personal information seriously. We use customer information to provide services, to process payment, facilitate billing, and for any other purpose reasonably necessary to provide services under this Agreement. Additionally, personal information may be disclosed when required by law . We also may send merchant service announcements, newsletters, and periodic notices about specials and new products.
  • 14. These Terms are governed by Australian law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
