We can save you money on soap, water, heating and electricity. So you can enjoy even more of the things you love. Our prices are simple and affordable.
Can I accommodate special requests?
Your special requests are mostly welcomed. If an item requires special care, you are requested bring that to our attention. If not do so, Fast Laundry Services may wash the item according to its care label or normal laundry process if there is no care label.
Will my clothes be washed separately from other customers?
Definitely! It's a promise. Your hygiene is our concern. We pick up , sort , wash , dry fold , iron and store your items separately from other customers at all times. Our machines are regularly cleaned after every Washing Cycle . We do not mix your laundry with anybody else's at any time.
How do you handle stains?
Fast Laundry Services does not guarantee removal of all stains; does not attend regular stain removals unless requested on the order .However, we will do our best to remove stains that you have indicated or found in the initial sorting. Also Fast Laundry Services reserves the right to refuse cleaning any item for any reason.
Is my identity and payment information protected?
We ensure that all of your personal and payment information is never shared with anyone nor do we rent or sell your information. Your privacy is secured with us and we handle it carefully.
What do I get if my clothes are damaged?
Fast Laundry Services is not responsible for items that bleed, shrink, tear, or otherwise change as a result of normal course of laundry process , or other damage due to normal wear and tear. However if it proves to be due to the fault of Fast Laundry Services , the cost of the laundry service of that item will be refunded.
Do I need to separate my clothing?
Not at all. We will happily do it for you to keep your pain away from laundry day, We sort them into whites, lights, and darks for every order.
Do I have to be at home?
It’s your choice. All we expect from you is to just pack your laundry bag and leave at your door step. However make sure to keep your bag in a safe place where Fast Laundry Services will not be liable to you for any damage to or loss of the item before pickups and after the delivery.
What about if I don't have a laundry bag yet?
You may not have a Fast Laundry Services Laundry bag if you are a new customer. However, you are mostly welcomed with your clothes in clean trash bags or other suitable containers to be picked up. We'll deliver them in our laundry bag for your next routine orders.
What happens If I left valuables in my pockets?
Although we are doing a sorting and inspection before washing ,customers are requested to check their pockets and laundry bags before handing over clothes to be washed. However, FAST LAUNDRY SERVICES shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to any valuable , sentimental, personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags.
